ADI-SPS-870-F – Antibody Lot Comparison Data
Hi Erica,
We have observed a substantial lot-dependent change in the performance of antibody ADI-SPS-870-F in our established assay.
Specifically, the new lot P39BA03B25A produces substantially increased nonspecific background compared with the previous lot 01031953 in several capture configurations. Additional troubleshooting confirmed that the effect varies by capture reagent and cannot be resolved simply by diluting the antibody.
